Spatial cognition

retina- spatial cognition

Traveling and route orientation go way beyond holiday trips. We were having a class on Spatial cognition and the prof asked us to go crazy on the areas we would like to explore.

Well, I’ve been following very closely the biggest traveler around:  Scott Kelly who was the first US astronaut to spend an entire  Year in Space.

The topic’s been stuck in my head for a while. So naturally my first idea is: well if there are so many physical effects of spending time outside Earth, there must be some cognitive changes as well. And what better way to explore perceptions about space than looking at how perception changes in Space? So here it is- I got my research topic and my quickly sketched drawing (above).
